Tuesday, April 22, 2025 is the 55th anniversary of Earth Day. This year’s theme is “Our People, Our planet”.
The organisers of Earth Day have created a Renewable Energy Petition calling for the tripling of global renewable energy generation by 2030.
This petition will be presented to the United Nation’s leadership and delegates at the UNFCCC Conference of Parties 30 (COP 30) in November 2025.
